The Falcon and the Winter Soldier was a hit Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) series for Disney+ when it was released early in 2021. The series followed the two title characters as they worked together following the events of Endgame. It depicted the transformation of the Captain America character from Steve Rogers to Sam Wilson, and showed how Bucky Barnes, the Winter Soldier, was dealing with the abuses of his past. In the end these two characters found a heroic continuation to both of their stories.
